Eligibility Items may be returned or exchanged only if:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags and packaging remain intact.
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Bodysuits
• Lingerie Sets
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or customized products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
